Acquired vs Watched - Watchlist View

I, (like Cecile) tend to record all or most episodes of a season or show before I watch them. I love that you now have an option to indicate that! Is it possible to bulk mark a list of episodes as "acquired" the way the Watchlist now allows the user to mark all earlier episodes as "Watched"? I've seen this question posted before but haven't seen an answer.

I have a few shows where I am more than 3 episodes behind in watching however I am currently acquiring the new ones. Since I am so far behind I cannot see both of what I need to watch AND still get the newest one listed .Would it be possible to show the most recent aired episode in addition to the oldest episodes that have been acquired but still need to be watched? Separate lists would work for this and the to be acquired episodes can display before the to be watched episodes and an option to only show episodes on watchlist that have been acquired would be a nice addition too

I have a little problem with the watchlist again : i have a show not acquired in first place, and then a show where all episodes are acquired. When i mark a show of the second one as watched, the show stays in second place and don't come up.

The ordering of the shows only updates when you refresh the page, not after marking an episode. It's always been that way :)

Yes, that's what usually append :) But not anymore for me.

david wrote 9 years ago: 1

Not exactly sure what you mean then. Can you make a screenshot and indicate what's wrong?

I watched GoT after Under the dome, but it stay in second place.

Oh wait, I think you might be suffering from a bug that's already been fixed. Can you try marking your last watched episode of Thrones as Unwatched, then back to Watched?

Cecile wrote 9 years ago: 1

Yes, if I do that it's working. And yes, I thought this was fixed.

david wrote 9 years ago: 1

Great! Yep, it's fixed, but the episodes marked as watched (specifically: toggled from Acquired to Watched) before the fix was deployed, will remain to be incorrect.

Cecile wrote 9 years ago: 1

And no, sorry. I tried again, and I got the same result. But maybe this is just because those episodes were already marked as acquired.
I will try later with another show.

Hey. Found a new bug, not sure if it's related to this, but since it's on the watchlist, I assume...

When I mark an episode as watched in the watchlist, that episode disappears like it's supposed to, but when I reload the page so the shows will rearrange themselves, the show that was directly above where first show used to be has the first episode highlighted like it's watched. The "watched" episode doesn't disappear however, it just stays on the page, and if I go directly to that show's episode list, the episode is not actually marked watched. Here is a screen capture of what it looks like: https://postimg.org/image/3platyuj5/

But the episode is not really marked watched. Very strange.

Hi!

We all know that many seasons of series are being released all in one day, for example by Amazon, Hulu or Netflix.

Therefore it would be most helpful if we could also mark in TVMAZE an entire season as Watched or Acquired with one or a couple of mouse clicks and not episode by episode only.

Thank You very much.

I searched, but couldn't find the Pending Feature thread you mean. Please link it for me.

I know that we could mark a full season or even multiple seasons as Watched in the past, but that has been changed.
