Episodes watched seems impossibly high

My "past year" stats show 235 episodes, 173 hours. I joined TVmaze 4 months ago, so that looks about right to me. And yet my "all-time" episodes count is a staggering 2608, 64+ days of continuous watching. This was achieved on just 29 shows; the watchmaster badge arrived 2 months ago.

Am I looking at this wrong? Can anyone explain how this happened?

I imagine you used the bulk tool to mark your episodes you've watched before joining. This tool will count to your all-time stats, but will not appear on those time-limited stats

You're right Thomas, I did not realize that the bulk-marked episodes would count towards the all-time stats. The Simpsons alone are responsible for 25% of the tally :)

However, if I add up the numbers found on all the favorite show watch lists, the total is still only 2414 episodes for 28 shows (as of this writing). There are still 3 shows that are not favorites, where I apparently marked 217 episodes as watched. Do you know how I should go about finding those?

So sorry, I wasn't clear enough. Where I wrote favorite please read followed. Even though I never 'unfollowed' a show, I did mark one episode watched on a show that I explicitly do not follow. That leaves two non-followed shows with at total of 216 watched episodes unaccounted for. The question remains, how I should go about finding those?

Using the show's episode list, you can mark episodes as watched on any show, regardless of whether you follow(ed) them. There's currently no way to list all the shows that you've ever watched an episode from.
