Outlook doesn't load this anymore. It started yesterday. I've deleted and readded the URL multiple times now.

The API is working and so is the ical. (since you've mentioned outlook).
It could be that the issue is with outlook itself. Have you tested it with some other ical feed or by using another service like google calendar or thunderbird?

Thunderbird works but I can't put that program on my phone :/
Hopefully Outlook fixes their crap.
