I really like the way this site is organized in many respects, and the only thing I would like to be able to do is look at the shows I follow and sort them by my rating. Any chance that could happen in the near future?

If the purpose for the rating is to keep a list of what to watch later, you'd probably be better off using tags.
Can you tell us why this filter would be useful to you?
I like the idea of a rating system so I can rank my TV shows and keep track of which ones I particularly like--that way I can tell others about them.
