If i'm not mistaken we have two types of emails.

That would be bad, my apologies if we indeed messed up here!
Though I'm not sure what's going on. I just did a complete dry run of the notification email process, and I can verify that your usrename is not included in the process, nor is anyone else with the notification setting disabled. Do you perhaps have two accounts here, one of which was forgotten about?
