I eagerly await better tag management, but..how about a quick fix while we wait?

I currently follow 300+ shows, and it has grown beyond manageable without using the CTRL+F function in my browser, which doesn't speak good for the site when it has to be used.
How about sorting "Dashboard" -> "Follows" by "date followed" as default, with an option to sort alphabetically?
