What is correct?

"Air" is not the same as "out", as you put it, which presumably is interpreted as "downloadable as a file on the internet".
The episode is available early on VOD/Streaming.
I'm pretty sure our policy is to ignore those for consistency, tho.
Yes, it was a pre streaming release, we stick to the original network release in this case according to our policy.
