If this show airs annually then it is legit to be added, but everyone makes mistakes, no need to get upset, if we see it was a mistake, we will correct it, no harm done :)

It is not our task to do the entire research for a missing show by ourself as staff, but it's the requester his task to convince us as good as he can. If a staffmember has too many doubts, he may reject it. If you are certain it to be an allowed show after being rejected, you're always welcome to request it once again.
Though it works better if you submit official links indeed. We can't rely on adding series if you just give us a link of Zap2it or tvtango.
Now I haven't checked this request myself, but it was just a tip.
