Usually, a season's boundary is defined by the date, and no more episodes are added to that season once it has ended. However, in this case the seasons are defined by location. New Orleans episodes and specials are season 3, while the new Tampa location is season 4. Some season 3 specials are still to air, while season 4 has already started.
