If I'm reading the Data Policies correctly, when all episodes of the current season of a show have been aired and there is no news about the cancellation or a new season order, the show should be mark as 'To be determined', isn't it ?

yes :)
I usually keep it on running, unless the channel decides to put it on a hiatus or specifically state their doubts whether it will continue or not, though I know some other members set it directly to TBD when a season has ended without any news of cancellation or renewal.
