Iv'e recently begun watching through the futurama series and in doing so I have noticed a large sum of dependencies with the episode listings. From missing episodes to episodes in incorrect season and episode number. I was going to start making some edits however, this would be a large sum of changes and for this it was recommended a thread be opened.

At a first glance there are no episodes missing and nothing is in the wrong order.
Always keep in mind, we are tracking the premiere airing of the show, not reruns or DVD releases, those might be in a different order.

Futurama is indeed a notorious example of a show that's been aired out of the "intended" (by some definitions) order, so that's most likely what HebertCharles is referring to.

My mistake. I didn't realize it was in airing order as opposed to the actual season order listed in the box sets. Now that I look closely at this I realize just how scrambled the numbering is, in a side by side comparison.
