How to get the direct link to my profile

I've clicked on my username and then Profile, but the link just takes me to /user/profile. Being as I am logged in, that's fine for me, but what if I want to link to my profile on my outside blog? How can I get the direct link to my profile?

I've also noticed that the text I put in under Bio does not show up on my profile.

EDIT: After I posted this, I saw my username here is linkable. I clicked it and I can see my profile! But it looks different from the profile I mentioned originally.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll take this up with Jan, perhaps we should use a different terminology ("Private profile" and "Public profile") to make this clear.

We renamed the "private profile" (the one you can only see for yourself) to dashboard, and in it we've added a link to your public profile. Hope that makes it more clear!
