TBH I don't remember Dianne Argon appearing in season 6 of Glee https://www.tvmaze.com/characters/892/glee-quinn-fabray, but for what it's worth: 1) she definitely can't be starring in season 6 after guest starring in season 5; 2) she's not credited on-screen in either 6x01 or 6x12, so even if she did appear, she should be listed as 'Uncredited'.
Also, not sure about her season 4 appearances. If memory serves, she was already removed from the main cast. I'll check the credits and report later.

Yeah, it could be. I've noticed that 6x12 actually has appearances from 6x13, and some episodes don't have most (or any) guest stars added.
