The most complete page was kept, and it has all the spelling alternatives available as aka's.

(Also, the "one l spelling" is technically also an aka for this British author and actor born Alan Lyle-Smythe.)

Ok, but the single L version is not a legitimate spelling for his name and shouldn't be an alias.

And you are able to personally guarantee that he has never, in his entire life, been credited using that spelling, in a movie or series?

(You might be amazed if you knew how often actors as well as other filmcrew are spelled incorrectly in credits.)

If not, then the alternative spelling aka's stays. As there has to be a reason they were added in the first place.

And by including them as aka's a search here leads to the actual person.

Who can be absolutely certain, probably not even him unless he scrutinizes every credit.  I was unable to find any reference to the single L spelling.  If that's the way it is, so be it.  Thanks for your time.  BTW, if a person has several aka's, do they automatically point back to them?  I don't remember that being the case in any of the different names I have come across for the same person.

So evidently there is an error with the error...... @david 

Right. The issue is the following: "Trusted Contributors: They can also re-create an item which already existed previously one single time."

So what will have happened here is that the episode was actually deleted twice over, so even a TC couldn't recreate it anymore. I'll have to make sure the error message differentiates between these two scenarios.
