Yes, that's what they say. But, whatever the way you look at it, there is only 99 episodes in season 4. An explanation could be episode #99 is twice as long as all the others and M6 count it as 2 (also because they were broadcasting 2 episodes each day). But the 98 first episodes of the season 4 are 3 minutes and a few secondes long, when the 99th is a little over 7 minutes long. And when you look at it, there is no cut or title of any kind in its middle that could let us think that 2 episodes were sticked together as one.
Thus said, it's not a big deal, and I let you decide if you prefer to keep current numbering, where episodes 99 and 100 are the two parts of an episode that had always existed as one. Or if you agree to change it.

If this episode is indeed shown as one 7 min segment with only one credit block, we would have to list it as ONE episode according to our policy :)

The title of the current episode #99, "Le Désordre et la Nuit" is right. You just have to remove "1ère partie"
