this is from futon's website which usually only refers to press releases.

Looks like they've got a separate listing;

but ain't this a "best of" ?
Ghost Ships of the Atlantic is from the NG/FOX series, which also includes all the previous movies.
It shows on both.

The title says that, though it's sort of confusing; 7 episodes (in the best of) compared to 10 episodes (in the main show), doesn't really sound like your average best of.
Can you shed any more light on this wmulder?

So it's safe to say we can get rid of 11 and 12?

It's the "Drain the Oceans" documentaries that originally aired between 2009-2018, made by the same network, production company, crew, etc. as the current 10-episode season. Both NG and the production company refers to them as "Drain the Oceans" series specials.
They were previously listed here on the "Drain the Oceans" showpage, but were promptly deleted while still being discussed (for some reason searching the forum now does not show the topic in question). One would think that at the very least, they would qualify as a series in itself ("Drain the Oceans: Best of"). And if so, ideally, that all the information that was submitted to the db would be possible to retrieve.
