Istanbul Timezone

Hello. The time zone of Istanbul is + 2 on the site. but I think it should normally be +3. You may not have noticed. Or I may be wrong. I would be glad if you enlighten me.

This seems to only be affecting the label displayed on the networks (e.g. Star TV).

Take Sefirin Kizi for example; the local airtime is 20:00. If I follow it and look in my calendar, it shows as 17:00, which is correct given that my timezone is GMT and I have the "Display airdates on the calendar and schedule in your local timezone" setting turned on.

In addition, the API for the next episode shows the airstamp as "2020-03-09T17:00:00+00:00" which is what we'd expect the UTC time to show as.

Maybe @david can advise?

There's a pretty simple explanation for this: the offsets you see there are stored statically in the database, and Turkey's most recent timezone changes weren't yet applied there. I did so now, and a couple of other timezones were updated as well. Thanks for the report :)
