3x11 doesn't exist, the episode listed is a dupe of 3x3. This is the second time it has had to be removed. Hopefully you can see who keeps re-adding it and maybe message them telling them to stop ;)

I would gladly remove it for you but it was a staff member Juan who re-added it about 15 minutes ago so he will need to explain why he did this as i also can see it is a repeat episode but the title is just a little different so maybe he didn't see the other one?

Could you change the show title of show id 7585 from "Angel Heart" to "Angel Heart (2015)"? It should be changed because there are two shows with the same title. Both shows have the same title, same language, and the same network, but one is anime (show id 7584) and the other is the drama version of the same show (show id 7585); so, show id 7585 should be "Angel Heart (2015)".

we do not add years, country codes or anything to the original title, we like to have the title field clean with only the official title of the show, you can always see in the info box on the main show page from what year the show is :)
