When you look at the episode listing and then click on "eye" icon to mark something as "watched" or click on "stars" to mark something as "rated" it all works fine.
But when you click on specific episode, and then rate it on its page, it toggles "watched" icon every time you rate it.
I assume this was meant so that when you rate an episode that wasn't marked as "watched" it also gets marked as watched. However, if the episode was already marked as watched, then rating it on episode's page will remove the "watched" icon. Rating it again will add the watched icon and so on.
This is obviously a bug as rating an episode should never remove/toggle "watched" icon, it should only add it if it's not already added.
