Failed Developments - cleanup?

These are obviously no longer in development. At least not there.
I guess unless there's concrete evidence these shows have been picked up elsewhere, all of them should be deleted?

Are there any more networks or channels that went bust recently?
Maybe it would be useful to have an 'Active' flag for Networks and Web Channels.

Reno 911 hasn't ended, they have a new special coming to Paramount+ as per:

Not for a one off special. If they then commissioned another series then yes we would change the channel. As per the network owner part of the show policies.

There are shows still marked in development who haven't being updated since 2016
