Noticed this thing while editing https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/25471/savage-u/edits
I've uploaded a proper poster (forgot to set it main), then deleted the first poster (which was main and lower res duplicate) and an automated task was triggered (because the main poster was deleted) which inherited my delete reason (which is wrong for the automated task) :D
This is a microscopic bug, not sure if it's worth the attention.
