Weekly calendar start week weird

LouisWu wrote 3 years ago: 2

Today being Tuesday, the start week when I click my weekly calendar view is this week, the week of Monday the 20th.

But yesterday, on Monday, the same link started with the week of Monday the 13th. Which is confusing to say the very least. Could it have something to do with the dash preference 'Week starts on Sunday (instead of Monday)'? Mine is defaulted to Mondays though...

Now, I have not been using this for long, it only became useful for me after adding specific tags. So I don't know how long this has been going on.

Yes, it is.

And all show times display for my local time, +01:00 Europe/Amsterdam.

I think I understand what happened and fixed it, but we'll have to wait for next monday to be sure. Please check with me in a week! :)

It's Monday the 27th, and @david's fix has improved the situation enormously. I'm looking at the correct week right now.

Only thing is the new behavior switched at midnight UTC, not 'my' midnight, which occurs an hour earlier.

Excellent :)

Indeed, making it switch based on your local timezone has simply never been implemented.
