I'm trying to request the show Breakers - TheTVDB ID 397537, IMDB ID tt6473054 - but when I submit the request form, it tells me those two IDs have already been taken. But a search for the show doesn't find it (though there are two different shows with the same title), and searches for "tvdb 397537", and "imdb tt6473054" find nothing. Is there any way to request this show? Why are the IDs showing as taken, when the show is not already included on the site?
