Could the show's URL of TVmaze ID be redirected from a URL with IMDb ID ?

For example, when a link like [ https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/tt1553656 ] is given, it can be redirected to [ https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/1 ].

You can do direct lookups using the API.

But if you want to go through the webpage I guess your best bet is to search for "imdb tt1553656" in the search box, or use a link like https://www.tvmaze.com/search?q=imdb+tt1553656.
