I just added the latest two episodes of 24 Hours in Police Custody (https://www.channel4.com/programmes/24-hours-in-police-custody) but they have been deleted

I assume I did it incorrectly, where should they have added?

Thanks for the quick reply; can you help me understand why these episodes are created as a separate show? They are very much part of the main series in every sense that I can see, plus there are several other examples in the main series like this of un-numbered two part episodes.

If this is really correct, other episodes (like all the specials in series 8) should be spilt into new series too... but this would make tracking new episodes of this show difficult; so I would like to see them all together

The show was originally announced as a separate series and then both episodes aired on All4 rather then airing on Channel 4, so we made the decision to keep it in its own guide.

Specials should be rare; if a season has nearly as many specials as regular episodes, you're most likely doing it wrong. Specials should be standalone and not in a serial format with other specials. For example, if each episode in a season is followed by an "after show" or "webisode", those episodes should be in a separate show entry.
