While I've really enjoyed Cobra Kai, I didn't enjoy season 4 as much. It felt like they solved show problems by creating new characters, adding to an already bloated cast. Not the only show to have that problem, but with them adding (four? five???) new characters this season, I'm worried that there's going to be too much time devoted to them, and not enough time to established characters and plot.
(That being said, looking forwards to the Johnny and Chozen team up!)

it can give some freshness to a show in its fifth season to add some new characters :)
