I think it should be possible to have a list over time spent on all TV-series you've watched, even if you are not following them anymore. This was a feature of Followmy.tv and it's because of this I was able to migrate all my data over to TVmaze when TVRage went down.
This is what it looked like. Could also sort by name and time wasted.
