What airtime should be listed on the site, converted into USA time or original(although It would be wrong in my opinion)?

So to see real actual time I should calculate time according to channel's timezone?
If a British shows airs at 9 pm in England, you just insert 21:00 for that show.
An American shows airs at 10 pm in the USA, you insert 22:00 for that show
and go on like that.
