I'm not sure if it's been addressed or if there's a way to do it. I was reviewing a specific episode when it occurred to me. I imagine they would be of use in the forums as well.
Edit: Autocorrect replaced "of" with "if"
It could be done in the preferences : like for example hide summaries / recaps to avoid spoiler... It gives more leeway for people to decide whether or not they want to see something.
