Help Api Configuration

Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out because I'm experiencing some difficulties in configuring the API in Bubble.

I have followed the instructions provided, including entering the necessary API key and setting up the API calls. However, I'm unable to successfully configure the API Connector to work with the TVMaze API.

I have entered the base URL as 'https://api.tvmaze.com/' and provided the API key in the appropriate fields. Despite these steps, I'm not getting the expected results when testing the API.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to help me troubleshoot and resolve this issue. If there are any additional steps or specific settings that I might be missing, please let me know.

Are you trying to work with the public API (https://www.tvmaze.com/api) or the user-level API (https://static.tvmaze.com/apidoc/)?

The dashboard API key is specifically for usage with the user-level API, which requires premium.

That depends on what you're trying to do;

If it's related to your account (e.g. watch history, ratings) then you'd need the user-level API (and premium).

If you just want data about shows, episodes, etc. then you can get that from the public API (no key required).

I'm interested in the TV program of french channel.

But a lot of channels are missing.
Do you plan to add more channels?

From the data perspective all our information is user contributed, so it could just be we don't have enough or any contributors contributing to the French shows.
