Validating browser message

When logging in on Chrome browser I keep getting message "verifying browser" and underneath it says to make sure settings allow cookies and java script enabled.  Both settings are correct but still cannot log in on any browser but Brave.

Huh, that's weird, I've never heard of this happen before!

What happens exactly after you see the "verifying browser" message? Does it just stay there, do you keep getting redirected, etc?
