When trying to cancel a subscription I get an "An internal server error occurred." error. Can this be fixed soon,please.
Apologies for the inconvenience. Looks like Paddle made an unannounced change to their API that causes our requests (to cancel your subscription) to fail. They've also disabled access for our development environments which means I can't test a proper fix.
In the mean time, I've exposed a deeplink to the paddle customer dashboard where you should be able to cancel succesfully. Could you try the "cancel your subscription" link again please?
