"Receipt # 67001115-123231699 I wanted to use the 10 year anniversary code to get the annual subscription for $18.00, but I did not see a place to enter it on the payment screen so I hit continue thinking it would be on the next screen. Instead I did not see any place to put the discount code and you charged me the full amount.of $36.00. Please process a credit for $18.00. I looked and cannot see the discount code any longer in my messages."
