Is it possible to change the time zone of Country Russian Federation web channels? From Kamchatka (GMT +12) to Moscow (GMT+3)? I want to say that unlike TV channels, where the first broadcast occurs on Kamchatka in accordance with the television schedule, and only then in Moscow, the situation is different with web channels. In web channels, all show publications occur strictly according to Moscow time. I just wrote to the technical support of some large Country web channels, they confirmed my words that all content is broadcast only in Moscow time.
Please consider changing the time zone of Country Russian Federation web channels, if, of course, this is possible.
