Hi, on 3rd of January i have subscribed for 1 month Silver, that should have expired on 2nd of February. Yet my dashboard says "You are currently subscribed to Premium Silver (Monthly). Your subscription is cancelled and will expire at 2025-02-03.", and still can see premium only features.

Ha, thanks for the honest report :-) We actually only disable the subscription fully two days after the expiry date, to give users the chance of updating their creditcard information if it turned out it's expired or otherwise become invalid. So it should be processed for your account within the next 24 hours.

Hi, this morning, while at home, i have resubscribed again for 1 month and cancelled it after (i like to subscribe manually, no auto-renew). I checked the Update billing info out of curiosity, but the system wanted to charge me 0 euro for some reason, and did not proceed with it.

Now in the office and on this PC my dashboard page says sub is not cancelled and clicking Cancel the sub at the bottom page returns error.

Ha. All is well, your re-subscription as well as the cancelation were in fact processed correctly. However your flow of canceling almost immediately, in combination with a bug at our payment processor sending us events out of order causes the status to be reflected incorrectly on the dashboard. Sorry for that, you can ignore it and your subscription will be canceled again a month (+ 2 days) later.

Hi, just want to point out that it is already day 5 after the last day (6.3.2025) of my supposedly expired second month sub, yet it shows im still subbed.

Thanks for the heads up once again! I've managed to repair the broken state now, and will look to automate this in the future.

Yes, please subscribe again and just do whatever you did last time. Then I can assess if it was a fluke or more likely to happen again in the future :)

Done. Unlike last time when i clicked "Update billing details" and did not proceed with it, now i clicked "Cancel sub" option that redirected me to Paddle system and there received message that the sub is cancelled. And here i see correct message that the sub will expire after 1 month, on 20.04.2025. I'll check again in 1 month to see if its properly cancelled here and will inform you if it's not.

Great, that hopefully means the previous problem of events being sent to us out of order is a fluke. Thanks again for getting back.
