Not Getting Confirmation Email

I've tried 3 times and I still haven't received my confirmation email. I've checked my Junk Email and there is also nothing there. Can I still use my key?

Not confirming your email address shouldn't have an effect on any of the premium features, so don't worry about that :) Or are you running into any specific issues?

Debugging email delivery in a case like this is pretty hard. We didn't receive a bounce from your email server, which means it was either delivered or rejected silently. Do you have a different address you can try?

I haven't tried to pull data yet? I think I did try to pull some from the explorer on the website and was denied.  I do have a personal email.  The one provided was my only professional email.

I tried pulling data with out the confirmation email and was told I was unauthorized.

Hmm, I don't even see a record of you starting a trial for premium. Did you go through the process at https://www.tvmaze.com/premium and succesfully finish the wizard?
