Cannot be exported

They can export the series itself, but for some reason they can't transfer the seasons and episodes, even though the entire series has been updated or re-exported from here... they can't solve it there because it hasn't happened with any other series. 

Maybe you could check what might be set up differently for this series than for the others?

I see that the show have some German characters in some of the episode names, so taking a wild guess maybe they don't escape special characters properly. 

It's just a guess, though and without any more info on what kind of error they are getting there's no way to tell what they're having trouble with.

Could you maybe try it delete the seasons and re-uploading them?

That's not possible. We would lose all the extra episode info added and properties added to the episodes like people marking them as watched, votes, and so on.

This is clearly a problem at your end and without any details about any errors you might be getting there's really nothing more we can do to help you fix it.
