I watched that scene again and did not recognize the music. Have you heard that piece before or could it be an original composed for the show which a lot of the music was on Bookish? The only reason I went down a rabbit hole before on The Chelsea Detective was I knew, I knew it and it would not leave me. It was an earworm, but this one I just don't know.

Thanks again for trying, I'm not very good getting around on this site or I would have tagged you! I've a feeling I've heard it before but it may just sound like something else. Sorry to trouble you but it was worth a try after your success last time. Thanks again. Peter

Anytime and absolutely no trouble. The sense of accomplishment for The Chelsea Detective.. - I actually listened to a youtube video of snippets of 100 famous pieces and then at the very end there were honorable mentions and when I heard it, well phew.

Don't know if you're interested but I've got to let you know that I've discovered the composer and title of the music I was searching for; Liszt: Consolation No.3. I don't know if it's an age thing but, just like my previous song quest, I used to play these regularly when I was younger. Till the next time, cheers.

Yup, would never have gotten that one. Not a musical bone in my body!
