Disappeared Message?

I didn't imagine it. At least I don't think I did....

I noticed a (1) next to the envelope icon so opened up a message asking me to pay to extend my subscription to help support the upkeep of TVM and I was offered a discount if I used a code with the following format (I shouldn't post the exact code here I don't think); XX-XXXX.

Anyway, I happened to navigate away from the webpage I had originally found with this message and now the message has disappeared and I don't seem to be able to do what I was asked to do anywhere in the site.

Can anyone explain please?

Yes! Ta! That's the one. I'm confused though. If I'm subscribed to silver, I can't hit that button to pay to extend with the discount. Where do I go to extend? Or is my renew date too far into the future? I don't know how to get to the screen shown on the screenshot- ? please explain?

No, our payment processor does not support adding a discount to a running subscription. Tagging @Jan to look into it manually.
