I’ve recently started exploring TVmaze after becoming increasingly frustrated with the changes to Trakt. Since their latest update, the way I used Trakt to manage my shows and create my weekly TV schedule has become much more difficult.
After spending some time setting up TVmaze, I’ve discovered that the Calendar, TV Countdown, followed shows and followed networks give me pretty much exactly what I was looking for. I’m really impressed with how well TVmaze works for my needs and am now considering making the move completely.
I can see that Trakt allows me to export all of my user data as a ZIP file. Is there currently any way to import that Trakt export into TVmaze, particularly my followed shows and watched history/progress?
I’ve had my Trakt account for quite a long time, so I’d love to avoid manually recreating all of that information if possible.
If importing a Trakt export isn’t currently available, would this be something TVmaze might consider adding in the future?
