There are two statuses:
Ended: No more episodes of this show will air.
To Be Determined: It’s unclear whether any new episodes of this show will ever air again.
How should I choose between them? In most cases, it’s hard to know whether there will be another season, so should I just set the status to “To Be Determined” when a season ends?
Usually TBD unless you have confirmation that it's cancelled or it was clear it was meant to be one-off. Though if it's been several years without new episodes and no talk of another season, I tend think it's best to mark it as ended at that point.
