Rosa Salvaje on Canal 9 in Argentina?

Is this/was this the correct network as I found at wikipedia.com that this version from 1987 aired on "Canal de las Estrellas (Channel of the Stars)" which is in Mexico not Argentina.

I know the language is pretty much the same Spanish but the Networks and Countries are not can you please research this again please for accuracy sake?

From what I found this series was remade again in 2012 but I am not positive about that as it is very vague information and I do not speak or understand Spanish?

Thanks man just want it to be as correct as possible, so I'm 1 for 2 so far today on shows from other countries I guess?
