Instead of having to go through the episodes one by one.
You already can. Goto your watchlist & under each show you will see 3 episodes, with a 'view all' link at the bottom, like you see below. Goto the view all link & you'll see every episode listed.
Scroll to the bottom of the list to the last episode & & hover your mouse to the right of the eye on the right hand side of the episode. An icon will appear that will be clickable. Click it & all episodes will now be marked as watched :)

P.S. On the episodes page of a show, click on the 'watched' text on top of the list to mark all watched.
