Official IRC channel

Hi deanclatworthy,

We plan on building internal social tools once development for content management tools has reached a certain level.
It's not clear to us how many users would actually use an IRC channel. We currently don't have any plans on setting it up.
Though if there is enough interest from users, we will look into it.
