Listing the first episode as 30 minutes and following episodes as 15 minutes is correct.

Не понятно, зачем Вы добавляете сериалы, вышедшие в эфир задолго до начала работы платформы и указываете её как премьерную у сериала? Например, сериал который вышел в 2004 году, никак не мог выйти на «Смотрим». Ваши источники недостоверны. Прошу дать комментарий.

So TBD are for shows that are in between seasons and have not yet been renewed or canceled, shows that have not started airing yet should always be listed as In Development untill the first episode airs.
