Please stop adding the upcoming episode information onto episodes. They are currently airing reruns, yet you continue to add the information in anyways. If it is a rerun, it the 'TBA' should just be moved onto the next listing on The Futon Critic.

Seth Meyers

Sam-I-Am posted 6 months ago

Hi, thanks for adding the latest episodes of "Late Night with Seth Meyers."

I'm curious... do you know what happened to the episodes a day or two ago?  The episodes were there, I checked them as "watched," then POOF they weren't listed anymore!

Just wondering, because I've noticed this with several other shows that I follow through the site as well and haven't seen any mention of a site or database problem in the forums at this point.

Thanks again!

I'm curious... just like you, I added the original episodes before they diapered. on edited feed 1571 there is a conversation about a lot of shows diapering.

Ten Year Old Tom

TomSouthwell posted 9 months ago

Hi, how are you doing?

You've added the episodes to Ten Year Old Tom today, but the show is segmented - so it should be 20 episodes not 10 as per the data policies. I'll fix it but it's just a heads up for the next time you work on an animation.

Thanks

Tom

When I added those 10 they were the only ones showing at the time on Max.

It doesn't matter with animation how the service lists it - the episodes are segmented so have different credits and as per the sites data policies that's how we list them. I'm also noticing none of the summaries have the official summary box ticked - they are the official summaries right?

I don't know what you're showing me, I'm asking you to follow the policy which states:-

Two-part episodes can cause contention on whether they should take up a single episode number, or two separate consecutive episode numbers. If this happens, refer to the order of the valid sources as listed above and note that on-screen indicators are considered the primary official source and trump anything else. A few examples:

If the two parts air on two separate days, two separate episodes should be created.

If there is a break between the two parts, two separate episodes should be created. Examples of a break are credits or titles appearing on screen for a second time; or a voice-over introducing the second part.

If there are separate titles (even if the only distinction is "Part 1" versus "Part 2") for the two parts, two separate episodes should be created.

If there are separate cast- or crew-credits for the two parts, two separate episodes should be created.

In all other cases, it should almost definitely be a single entry/episode number. Only if on-screen indicators are unavailable or inconclusive, the other valid sources should be considered in their respective order.

I don't know what you're asking. I was just showing you where I got the episode information which is Max web site.

TomSouthwell posted 9 months ago

I'm asking you to follow the sites policies. Why hasn't the official summary box been ticked if that's what you've used?

WalkingTall posted 9 months ago

No reason, all my time of entering information on the site no one has said anything about a summary box tick.

Rachael Ray - S17E74 - Never Aired

eherberg posted a year ago

Hi -- Regarding the S17E74 episode of 'Rachael Ray' (Sunny Anderson the guest) - the episode never aired.  Instead a repeat of S17E15 (Jason Alexander) aired.  It was on the schedule to be aired - but the official site as well as online listings amended it early this week to show the replacement.  As a result your episode numbering is now one off when comparing against the numbering on either Zap2it or TV Passport, for example.  (Your S17E75 should be S17E74, etc).  Unknown when the 'Sunny Anderson' episode will actually air.  Just thought I'd give you a heads-up.  I actually do the entries for this show over at TVDB and TMDB.  I also had the Sunny Anderson episode entered when I did the entries last weekend - but saw the change early this week as my wife watches the program.  I've made the corrections over on the other sites - but wanted to give you a notice as you are maintaining the series over here.

On an interesting aside:  The 2 repeat episodes this week of the program just yesterday were listed as 2 completely different repeats on Zap2it than what the actual official Rachael Ray site had listed.  TV Passport and the Rovi-powered OnTVTonight had the correct repeats - but Zap2it did not.  Today, however, Zap2it corrected those entries.  It just surprised me because Zap2it is typically the first to handle changes in a schedule - but this time had a rare moment where they were the last ones to do it.  :-)

Just like you I looked at all those TV Guides before making yesterday's entrees.

Thank You for the information.

No problem - I was going to post in the edit request as the current E74 will need deletion - but figured I would just shoot you a message if you wanted to fix it up.
