QI air dates

BobCitizen posted a year ago

Hi

I don't know if you have something to the Contrary, but from the BBC2 website and online guides, I believe:

The 30min version of QI for season U airs on Mondays at 22:00

whilst

The larger XL version for season U airs on Fridays at 21:00

with the XL version of episodes airing first.

Cheers

Bob

Hey again,

Just saw the conversation in the date requests, so understand now.

Ignore my previous message

Hi Bob,

No problems. It does look strange on the calendar, but new for Season 21 the BBC is streaming QI on iPlayer the same day the QI XL episodes broadcast on TV.

BB Live Feed

Hey Cosmic

Hope you are okay

Because of the eviction twist tonight, online its saying that theyll be no live feed on ITVX to avoid spoilers over whos evicted, hence me removing the episode.

Thanks

Tom

Hi Tom,

I was doing my Big Brother morning edits and just thought that I'd messed up the numbers :) All changed back now.

Ola - me again. Tales from the Tardis wasn't available at 6am, im not sure when they were available (as they are now and its 12pm) but they werent there on my way into work at 6am this morning. Im not sure if we will however find the actual launch time.

CosmicHowl posted a year ago

Ok, no worries. Google search said they were added 6 hours ago and the BBC webpage source has the videos as "startDate":"2023-11-01T06:00:00+00:00", so that's why I thought 6am.

Jeopardy! UK

CosmicHowl posted a year ago

Looks like it's slipped in the schedules and won't be airing in October so I've updated the show.

Magitroopa posted a year ago

Alright, thanks. I honestly didn't know if I was missing something or not, but I was like, "There seems to be a lack of photos/videos (apart from that 1 picture of Fry on the set) for something premiering in a couple of days..." lol

Jeopardy/WoF future seasons

Magitroopa posted 2 years ago

I don't really think we should be adding the episode order for the future seasons of these two shows... even though the episode order is typically the same (ex: Jeopardy! is usually 230 episodes each season), we shouldn't add these in for upcoming seasons until we know for sure. Anything can happen with those years from now- for example, COVID made season 36 of Jeopardy! only 190 episodes long, and with the writer strike ongoing, it could affect the next season(s) depending on how long it lasts, so it's definitely possible that 230 might not even happen.

Episode orders can be added before or after a season has aired and are always subject to change.

BGT poster deletion

Magitroopa posted 2 years ago

Not sure why you believe the poster I uploaded is fanmade- I got it from Zap2it, which also uses this image. There is also this from the official BGT website on ITV.

CosmicHowl posted 2 years ago

It was the Poster that was deleted - not the background image which you've linked. It's fanmade because they have taken the background image, cropped it into a 2:3 format and added the logo. You can easily tell as there is half a leg on the bottom left of the image.

Magitroopa posted 2 years ago

The poster is coming straight from Zap2it, however. I'm not sure why they did a poor job cropping it, but it is the poster used on there.

Update: Same image also used on Google Play.

CosmicHowl posted 2 years ago

UK broadcasters don't always create show posters so many websites like Zap2it create their own unofficial posters. The image you added is from last year and one of the presenters has since been replaced. There will be a new 2023 poster for BGT from ITV in a few days which I'll add when it's been released.
