OMG NO! The show has gotten better and better. Dont understand how. The whole thing about the show advancing to a newer timeline where there is nothing already established as to inflict harm on the already written universe of Trek. Every show since Voyager, including the animated ones has stepped all over Gene's established parameters with little or no explanation. I know that his son has done a great job bringing his fathers legacy the best work since or at least gave it every effort as not to touch his dads bible, but then a break through moving the timeline so far away from even just one generation of all the others would mean virtually unlimited story lines and with so many possibilities that the franchise could actually out live its 100th anniversary and beyond. the two years since have been slow going since it was only the one caring on that timeline but still could have been bigger & the fact that we have actually lost a lot of valuable time with there being a drastic reduction in the number of actual episodes per season literally cut in half as they once were. In the beginning of it all there were on average thirty of them, now we must be satisfied with what I feel the English have changed the industry into todays norm of no more than thirteen. There will be undoubtedly another fan write in to save the show, even though I have been so proud of the real fans stepping up to make the voice loud and clear in the past. I for mostly ignorant reasons haven't been able to ad my own voice to the roar, This time I will proudly be yelling at the top of my lungs in chorus.
