FYI, not quite sure where you're getting the date September 18 from... all that's been announced so far is that it will be premiering in September.
As stated in the TVLine article:
Peacock announced on Monday that The Paper, an extension of the Office universe, will premiere on the streamer in September; a more exact release date has yet to be revealed.
