Michael's scornful, jealous brother, the Archangel Gabriel is the leader of the angels in the war against humanity. Though a more colorful personality than Michael, Gabriel is full of hate for mankind and wants nothing less than to wipe them out entirely. He believes that this will be the thing that brings God, his beloved father, back from his mysterious disappearance decades earlier.
